Three Strands Family Center exists to support all families equitably in Columbia, and Middle Tennessee. We are committed to serving our community through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and into early childhood.
Ecclesiastes 4:12 says, "a cord of three strands is not easily broken."
Our community is that third strand of support in your parenting circle.
We are a welcoming space for families, offering services that support parents and kids alike.
From yoga and baby-wearing demos, to educational courses and play sessions, we want to feel like a calming, fresh place where everyone - moms, dads, kids, and grandparents - feel included, supported and cared for.
